Pascal Xatart is Co-founder and Managing Partner at PLX Capital. Pascal has a strong Private Equity and M&A experience in Fintech, primarily through buy-out and secondary portfolio transactions ($1.8bn invested, $8bn proceeds).
Pascal has 30 years of experience in Software and Technology. He is the Co-founder and Chairman of the board of GIIFT ( a leading loyalty solutions provider). Pascal served previously as CEO of Calypso Technology (currently Adenza), a portfolio and risk management software company sold to Thomas Bravo and then to Nasdaq, as CEO of Sophis Technologies, a portfolio and risk management software company sold to Misys (now Finastra), and Managing Director and CFO of Linedata (listed in Euronext). Pascal holds a Master in Finance from European Business School Paris and London.
Laurent Xatart is Co-founder and Managing Partner at PLX Capital. Laurent has a strong Private Equity and M&A mindset at its core with deep and significant experience in both finance and operations in fintech space, executing both direct PE and structured secondary portfolio transactions but also managed portfolio companies and product deep integration. Laurent has 20 years of experience in Loyalty and rewards sector: he was the Co-founder and former CEO at GIIFT (Leading loyalty solutions provider) and Served previously as CFO at Sodexo – Rewards and motivation solutions (currently Pluxee - $4.5 billion market cap) providing benefits and reward services for the employees. Laurent served as CFO at Starwood Capital Group's asset BRG Guest (SCG is a private investment firm with $115 billion assets under management are with over 5,000 employees worldwide focusing primarily on real estate) and he holds a Master in Finance from European Business School - Paris and London.

Denise Toop is the Administrative Director at PLX Capital. Denise has 15 years of experience in HR, admin and compliance, and has developed a strong expertise in change management, operational and financial performance improvement, automation and digitalization of HR and admin processes. Denise was the Vice President of Human Resources & Admin at GIIFT ( a leading loyalty solutions provider). Denise served previously as Office Manager at Sophis Technologies, a portfolio and risk management software company sold to Misys (now Finastra). Denise is a highly accomplished and versatile professional who brings a wealth of experience spanning executive office management, human resources, and company compliance.
